GEO Sprint: The First 90 Days of Every Engagement | Position 0
GEO Sprint · The First 90 Days · Position 0

90 days. Four phases. Two scores.

The GEO Sprint is the first 90 days of every managed engagement, Standard or Enterprise. It runs across four structured phases, built from your GEO Audit roadmap, and closes with a second P0 Score measured against your baseline across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode.

The Audit comes first on every engagement. Start within seven days of your live findings presentation and the full $1,500 credits at retail toward your implementation scope.

Built From Your Audit

Every Sprint opens from your GEO Audit baseline and roadmap. You commit to a quarter with full findings in hand, not a pitch. The Audit itself carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The Four Phases

Ninety days. One phase at a time.

Your GEO Audit runs before Day 1 and sets the baseline and roadmap. Foundation runs in month one. Content and Authority run in parallel from month two, and Day 90 closes with a second P0 Score. Select any phase below to see what happens in that window.

Day 90

Phase 01. Foundation · Days 1–30

Foundation installs the Discoverable pillar. The technical access layer plus the foundational content coverage that lets AI find, parse, and recognize your brand. Audit findings drive the work: schema, AI crawler accessibility, JS rendering, robots.txt configuration, entity definition, and the core content that places your brand in its category.

Note: Technical implementation is scoped and quoted separately based on audit findings. The Sprint includes the strategy, direction, and oversight. Development work on your platform is billed separately at the implementation rate provided after the Audit, and your Audit fee credits at retail toward it.

Schema and Structured Data

Organization, Product, FAQ, and Article schema specified or installed across relevant page types based on audit findings.

AI Crawler Access

GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended access verified and resolved. Access barriers cleared.

Entity Definition

Brand name, product names, category descriptors, and use-case language normalized across all pages so AI returns one consistent entity, not three.

Foundational Content Coverage

Core pillar pages and category content built or updated so the brand has the substantive content AI needs to recommend it.

Phase 02. Content · Days 31–90

Content installs the Quotable pillar. Citation-worthy original content on the brand's own domain. Original research, structured answers, comparison content, and proprietary data published on URLs you own. Runs continuously from Day 31 through engagement close.

The work is not writing more blog posts. It is producing the specific kinds of content AI quotes, on the pages AI is most likely to surface for the prompts your buyers actually ask. Every piece is structured for AI extraction first.

Original Research

Surveys, internal data analyses, and category benchmarks. The most-cited content type in AI responses because it cannot be sourced anywhere else.

Structured Answers

Question-and-answer content matching the exact phrasing buyers use when asking AI systems about your category. Direct, citable, scoped to single queries.

Comparison Content

Brand vs. competitor pieces and category comparisons. The format AI reaches for when buyers ask "what are the alternatives to X."

Expert Depth

Long-form pieces from named practitioners that AI can attribute. Bylined content with credentials AI can verify.

Phase 03. Authority · Days 31–90

Authority installs the Credible pillar. Third-party placement across the channels AI weighs most when forming recommendations. Runs continuously from Day 31 in parallel with Content.

Authority compounds slowest of the three, because every placement requires a third party. The work targets the placements that move AI Authority specifically, not the placements that produce a vanity link footprint.

Citation Network

The named function inside Authority. Operational layer that produces and places third-party content across the channels AI weighs most for the brand's category.

Channel Placement

Earned coverage in news and licensed media, Wikipedia where notability allows, expert publications, podcasts, and category-specific surfaces.

Comparison and Review Surfaces

G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and editorial comparison content where AI looks when buyers ask for alternatives. Listed alongside competitors. Listed favorably.

Community Signal

Reddit, Quora, and community-channel work in the surfaces where AI weighs unprompted recommendations for your category.

Phase 04. Second Score · Day 90

The engagement's first quarter closes with a full re-score. Brand appearance is tested across all five AI systems for every tracked query, the second P0 Score is produced, and the delta against your Audit baseline is documented by dimension.

The delta is the record of what 90 days moved. Deliverable: closing P0 Score, before-and-after response testing, citation and placement log, and a close walkthrough call.

Full Re-Score

The complete six-dimension P0 Score run a second time, under the same methodology as your Audit baseline.

Response Testing

Brand appearance tested across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode for every tracked query, compared against baseline.

Citation Log

Every citation and placement gained during the engagement, documented with the surface, the date, and the query category it serves.

Close Walkthrough

The delta reviewed dimension by dimension on a live call, with the read on what continued work is worth from here.

What's Included

Everything in the Sprint. Nothing hidden.

The Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement. What's in it is in it. What's not in it is quoted separately and clearly stated before you commit.

Technical Implementation

Development work on your platform is scoped and quoted separately after Audit findings are delivered. The scope and cost depend entirely on your site's current state and platform. It can't be priced accurately before the Audit.

Sprint plan built directly from your GEO Audit baseline, findings, and prioritized roadmap
Foundation strategy and direction across schema, AI crawler access, entity definition, and foundational content
Citation-worthy content production. Original research, structured answers, comparison content, and expert depth
Citation Network placement across news, Wikipedia, expert publications, podcasts, and review surfaces
Citation development across tracked query categories
Competitor analysis across two to three direct competitors
Second P0 Score at Day 90 with the delta documented by dimension
Kickoff built from your Audit findings and a close walkthrough of the second score
The Second Score

The score at close is the deliverable.

Every Sprint closes with a second P0 Score measured against your Audit baseline. The delta is documented by dimension, so you know precisely what moved and what still needs work.

This is not a report of activity. It is a scored, auditable record of change. The document you can show internally, to clients, or to investors as evidence that the engagement produced a measurable outcome.

Common Questions

About the GEO Sprint.

Does the Sprint include technical implementation?
+

No. Technical implementation, meaning development work on your site, is scoped and quoted separately after the GEO Audit findings are delivered. The Sprint includes the strategy, direction, content production, and Citation Network placement. What gets built on your platform is a separate line item because scope varies significantly by site and can't be accurately priced before the Audit.

How does the Audit credit work?
+

Your full $1,500 Audit fee credits at retail toward the implementation scope on any Standard or Enterprise engagement started within seven days of your live findings presentation. There's no rollover past the window, and the credit doesn't apply to the Monitoring + Strategy tier, because there's no implementation on our side for it to reduce. Implementation beyond what the credit covers is quoted from your findings before anything starts.

What happens if I need more than 3 products or 15 queries?
+

Scope beyond the base is extended at $1,000 per additional product or per additional five queries. If you're unsure how many products or queries your engagement should cover, the kickoff after your Audit presentation is the right time to finalize that scope. We won't lock you into a number before you have the data to make the right call.

What does the second score actually include?
+

The second score includes your Audit baseline P0 Score, the closing P0 Score, the delta by dimension, all citations and placements gained during the engagement, and a comparison of brand appearance in AI responses before and after. It is a scored, auditable record of what changed. Not a summary of what was done.

What happens after the first 90 days?
+

The Sprint is the first quarter of the engagement, not the end of it. From Day 91 the work continues at the tier you're in: Standard covers the ongoing on-page work, Enterprise adds the full off-page authority program. If your team executes in-house instead, Monitoring + Strategy at $1,000 per month keeps the measurement and direction without the delivery.

Do I have to commit past the first 90 days?
+

No. The Sprint exists so you're committing to a quarter, not a year. At Day 90 you have a second score measured against your baseline and a clear read on what continued work is worth. That's the decision point, and you make it with data.

Can my team handle the technical implementation?
+

Yes. The Foundation strategy, schema recommendations, and entity corrections are delivered as a clear roadmap your developers can execute directly. If you have an in-house team or an agency you already work with, they can handle implementation from our findings. If you want us to manage it, we scope and quote that separately after the Audit is complete. Either way the implementation roadmap is written to be actionable by any competent developer.
