90 days. Four stages. One proof document.
The GEO Sprint is the complete 90-day AI visibility engagement. It runs across four structured stages, from the GEO Audit through Authority work, and closes with a scored proof document showing exactly where your brand started and where it landed across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode.
Every Sprint starts with the GEO Audit in the first two weeks. If you've already completed a standalone GEO Audit within the last thirty days, the full audit fee is credited toward your Sprint investment.
Additional products: $1,000 per product. Additional queries: $1,000 per 5 queries. Technical implementation quoted separately after audit findings.
If the audit phase fails to deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations, we refund your investment in full before the Sprint continues.
Ninety days. One stage at a time.
Audit and Foundation run sequentially in month one. Content and Authority run in parallel from month two through Day 90. Each stage installs a different pillar of the P0 Protocol. Select any stage below to see what happens in that window.
Stage 01. Audit · Days 1–14
The GEO Audit runs in the first two weeks of every Sprint. Week one is live AI bot tracking on your site. Week two is the full six-dimension analysis. Citation testing, content retrievability scoring, authority and citation gap analysis, competitor comparison, and entity consistency review.
Deliverable: Official P0 Score across six dimensions, bot tracking report, competitor comparison, written findings per dimension, prioritized roadmap. This is the document that drives every stage that follows.
Live Bot Tracking
GPTBot, PerplexityBot, and Google-Extended tracked on your site for seven days before analysis begins.
Six-Dimension Scoring
Full P0 Score produced across AI Discoverability, Retrievability, and Authority at both top-level and sub-dimension.
Competitor Analysis
Side-by-side AI visibility comparison against two to three direct competitors across all tracked query categories.
Roadmap Delivery
Prioritized recommendations built from your actual data and gaps. Delivered with a findings walkthrough call.
Stage 02. Foundation · Days 15–30
Foundation installs the Discoverable pillar. The technical access layer plus the foundational content coverage that lets AI find, parse, and recognize your brand. Audit findings drive the work: schema, AI crawler accessibility, JS rendering, robots.txt configuration, entity definition, and the core content that places your brand in its category.
Note: Technical implementation is scoped and quoted separately based on audit findings. The Sprint includes the strategy, direction, and oversight. Development work on your platform is billed separately at the implementation rate provided after the Audit.
Schema and Structured Data
Organization, Product, FAQ, and Article schema specified or installed across relevant page types based on audit findings.
AI Crawler Access
GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended access verified and resolved. Access barriers cleared.
Entity Definition
Brand name, product names, category descriptors, and use-case language normalized across all pages so AI returns one consistent entity, not three.
Foundational Content Coverage
Core pillar pages and category content built or updated so the brand has the substantive content AI needs to recommend it.
Stage 03. Content · Days 31–90
Content installs the Quotable pillar. Citation-worthy original content on the brand's own domain. Original research, structured answers, comparison content, and proprietary data published on URLs you own. Runs continuously from Day 31 through engagement close.
The work is not writing more blog posts. It is producing the specific kinds of content AI quotes, on the pages AI is most likely to surface for the prompts your buyers actually ask. Every piece is structured for AI extraction first.
Original Research
Surveys, internal data analyses, and category benchmarks. The most-cited content type in AI responses because it cannot be sourced anywhere else.
Structured Answers
Question-and-answer content matching the exact phrasing buyers use when asking AI systems about your category. Direct, citable, scoped to single queries.
Comparison Content
Brand vs. competitor pieces and category comparisons. The format AI reaches for when buyers ask "what are the alternatives to X."
Expert Depth
Long-form pieces from named practitioners that AI can attribute. Bylined content with credentials AI can verify.
Stage 04. Authority · Days 31–90
Authority installs the Credible pillar. Third-party placement across the channels AI weighs most when forming recommendations. Runs continuously from Day 31 in parallel with Content, and closes with the post-engagement P0 Score and proof document at Day 90.
Stage 04 is where the engagement closes. A second full P0 Score is run, brand appearance is tested across all five AI systems for every tracked query, and the proof document is built and delivered. The delta between the Stage 01 Audit score and the closing score is the deliverable.
Citation Network
The named function inside Authority. Operational layer that produces and places third-party content across the channels AI weighs most for the brand's category.
Channel Placement
Earned coverage in news and licensed media, Wikipedia where notability allows, expert publications, podcasts, and category-specific surfaces.
Comparison and Review Surfaces
G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and editorial comparison content where AI looks when buyers ask for alternatives. Listed alongside competitors. Listed favorably.
Proof Document at Close
Day 90: post-engagement P0 Score, AI response testing across all tracked queries, citation log, and the scored proof document. Walked through on a close call.
Everything in the Sprint. Nothing hidden.
The Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement. What's in it is in it. What's not in it is quoted separately and clearly stated before you commit.
Technical Implementation
Development work on your platform is scoped and quoted separately after Audit findings are delivered. The scope and cost depend entirely on your site's current state and platform. It can't be priced accurately before the Audit.
The score at close is the deliverable.
Every Sprint closes with a proof document showing exactly where the brand started and where it landed. The delta between the Stage 01 Audit score and the post-engagement score is documented by dimension, so you know precisely what moved and what still needs work.
This is not a report of activity. It is a scored, auditable record of change. The document you can show internally, to clients, or to investors as evidence that the engagement produced a measurable outcome.
Transparent scope. No surprises.
The Sprint starts at $6,500 for up to three products and fifteen queries. If you've already completed a standalone GEO Audit within thirty days, that fee is credited in full. Scope beyond the base is priced per the rates below.
Technical implementation is scoped and quoted separately after Audit findings are delivered. The scope depends entirely on what the Audit reveals. That's why it can't be priced upfront.
About the GEO Sprint.
No. Technical implementation, meaning development work on your site, is scoped and quoted separately after the GEO Audit findings are delivered. The Sprint includes the strategy, direction, content production, and Citation Network placement. What gets built on your platform is a separate line item because scope varies significantly by site and can't be accurately priced before the Audit.
Yes. If you completed a standalone GEO Audit within the last thirty days, the full $1,500 audit fee is credited toward your Sprint investment. Your net base investment after credit is $5,000. If it's been more than thirty days since your Audit, we'll need to discuss whether the data is still current enough to use as the Sprint baseline.
Scope beyond the base is extended at $1,000 per additional product or per additional five queries. If you're unsure how many products or queries your engagement should cover, the intake call after Audit completion is the right time to finalize that scope. We won't lock you into a number before you have the data to make the right call.
The proof document includes the Stage 01 Audit baseline P0 Score, the post-engagement P0 Score, the delta by dimension, all citations and placements gained during the engagement, and a comparison of brand appearance in AI responses before and after. It is a scored, auditable record of what changed. Not a summary of what was done.
The Sprint closes with the proof document and a final walkthrough call. After that, the engagement is complete. AI visibility is not a one-time fix. Citation velocity, content depth, and competitive positioning all drift over time. AI Search Optimization is the ongoing service for brands that completed the Sprint and want to maintain and extend their position. It starts at $3,000 per month.
Yes. The Foundation strategy, schema recommendations, and entity corrections are delivered as a clear roadmap your developers can execute directly. If you have an in-house team or an agency you already work with, they can handle implementation from our findings. If you want us to manage it, we scope and quote that separately after the Audit is complete. Either way the implementation roadmap is written to be actionable by any competent developer.
Start with the Audit. Commit to the Sprint.
The GEO Audit is the right first step if you want to see the findings before committing to the full 90-day engagement. The Audit fee is fully credited toward the Sprint if you move forward within thirty days.
