Before you fix anything,
find out what AI actually sees.
The AI Visibility Audit is the diagnostic every engagement opens with. It produces your official P0 Score across all six dimensions, your stage classification, written findings on every dimension, and a prioritized roadmap split into what is cheap to fix now and what needs a program behind it.
It covers where you currently stand in AI search, how you sit against the brands AI names alongside you, the prompt universe your buyers are actually asking, the citation and source landscape in your category, and the gaps on your own site and off it.
Most brands take the roadmap and act on it. That is a legitimate outcome. Nothing here is written to be actionable only by us.
If the Audit fails to deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations, we refund it in full. The fee credits at retail toward implementation on an AI Visibility Management or Partnership engagement started within two weeks of delivery. It is not credited against Advisory or against a retainer month.
Three pillars. Six dimensions. One number.
The P0 Score is a 100-point measurement. Every dimension gets a score and written findings explaining what is holding it down, so the number is never the whole answer.

01AI DiscoverabilityPillar 01 · Discoverable
Whether AI systems can find your brand and understand where it sits in its category against the brands they name alongside you.
AI Search Visibility / 20 · AI Competitive Position / 2040/100 -
02AI QuotabilityPillar 02 · Quotable
Whether AI can extract accurate, citable information from your content, and whether you have the content worth citing in the first place.
Content Coverage and Structure / 20 · Technical Optimization / 2040/100 -
03AI CredibilityPillar 03 · Credible
Whether third parties corroborate your brand in the surfaces AI weighs when it forms a recommendation. Smallest weight because it moves slowest, not because it matters least.
Third-Party Citation Presence / 10 · Review and Social Proof Presence / 1020/100
Split by effort, not by priority alone.
Most audits hand you one undifferentiated list, which makes everything look equally expensive. Yours arrives in two halves, because the difference between a config change and a content program is the difference between this week and this quarter.
Template-level items that are cheap to fix and move Discoverable immediately. One template fix usually resolves hundreds of symptoms at once, which is why these come first regardless of what else is wrong.
- Crawler access and robots configuration
- Rendering and JavaScript visibility
- Schema on the templates that actually matter
- Entity and identity data
- Product feed hygiene
Everything that needs a content, product, or authority program behind it. These move the score further but they move it over quarters, and they are where the decision about who executes actually gets made.
- Content coverage against your prompt universe
- Category and product page architecture
- Original research and proprietary data
- Comparison and recommendation assets
- Third-party citation and review presence
Every brand starts at a different stage.
Your stage sets the playbook. The goal never changes, which is becoming the answer AI recommends first. What changes is the lever we pull to get there. Every Audit opens with this classification.

Ten to fourteen days, start to presentation.
The clock on everything that follows starts at your findings presentation, not at delivery of a document, so we build the schedule around getting your team in the room.
We agree the products, the prompt universe, and the competitors worth tracking. Short call, no homework beyond access.
Live tracking across all five AI systems, a technical crawl of your site, and the citation and source landscape for your category.
Six dimensions scored, findings written per dimension, stage classified, and the roadmap built and sequenced from your actual gaps.
Walked through live with your team. Questions answered in the room, and the decision about what happens next made with the findings in front of you.
Three ways forward.
Every one of them is a real option, including the one where you never speak to us again.
The roadmap is yours. Every finding is written to be actionable by any competent developer or content team. If executing in-house is the right call, the Audit already did its job.
We keep the measurement current and tell your teams what to do next month. The Audit credit does not apply here, because there is no implementation on our side for it to reduce.
We produce the content and specifications, your team ships them, and at Partnership we run the off-site work too. Your $2,000 credits at retail toward implementation if you start within two weeks.
About the Audit.
The free AI Visibility Snapshot answers three questions: does AI know who you are, what you do, and who you serve. It is directional and marketing-grade, delivered in one to two business days. The Audit is the full diagnosis: all six dimensions with written findings, your stage classification, the citation and source landscape, and a sequenced roadmap. The Snapshot tells you something is wrong. The Audit tells you what, why, and in what order.
Toward implementation, yes. The full $2,000 credits at retail against the implementation work we scope on a Management or Partnership engagement started within two weeks of your findings presentation. It is never applied to a retainer month, and it does not apply to Advisory, where the Audit stands on its own. There is no rollover past the window.
If the Audit does not deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations, we refund it in full. That is a judgment we are comfortable leaving to you. What we do not guarantee is score movement, because the score is our own instrument and a guarantee measured by our own instrument would not mean much.
Yes, and plenty do. The roadmap is written to be executed by any competent developer or content team, not encoded so that only we can read it. If you have people in-house or an agency you already trust, hand it to them. The credit exists to make doing it with us the cheaper path, not the only one.
Yes, on every tier. Without it the first month of any engagement gets spent building a baseline anyway, and you would be paying a retainer rate for diagnostic work. It also means you commit to a quarter with the findings already in front of you rather than on the strength of a pitch.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode as the baseline, since those drive the largest share of AI-assisted buyer research today. Claude and Grok are added where your category and audience warrant it. Being visible on one system does not mean being visible on the others, which is why all five are scored separately.
Find out exactly where you stand.
Six dimensions, your stage classification, and a roadmap that tells you what to fix first. $2,000, refunded in full if it does not deliver.
