You own the site.
We own the work.
AI Visibility Management is for brands that know what needs to happen and would rather not staff it. Everything in Advisory, plus we produce every piece of work that belongs on a domain you control. Content creation and optimization, content architecture, product and category pages, comparison and recommendation assets, and the technical and schema specifications behind them.
We do not take over your site. Anyone at this level already has developers or an agency shipping code, and putting a second party in the CMS creates risk nobody needs. We write the content and the specifications; your team reviews, approves, and publishes. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Off-site work is measured and advised, not executed. If you want us running earned placement too, that is AI Visibility Partnership.
Quarterly commitment, auto-renewing quarterly with 30 days' notice to cancel. Month-to-month is not offered; a quarter is the shortest window in which anything measurable happens. Quarterly prepay is $6,000 per month, monthly billing is $7,000. ACH carries no processing fee. Card processing costs are passed through where permitted. Third-party placement spend is never included in any retainer.
Two pillars, built by us, shipped by you.
Foundation makes your brand legible. Content gives AI a reason to quote you. We produce both as finished content and implementation-ready specifications. Your developers ship them, and you approve everything before it publishes.

01FoundationSpecified by us · Shipped by you
Everything that makes your brand legible to AI: AI crawler access, robots.txt, rendering and JavaScript, Organization, Product, FAQ and Article schema, entity and identity data, naming consistency, product feed hygiene, sitemaps, internal linking, template-level fixes. Delivered as implementation-ready specifications your developers deploy.

02ContentWritten by us · Approved by you
Everything that gives AI a reason to quote you: content architecture, category pages, product pages, buying guides, comparison and recommendation assets, structured answers, original research, proprietary data, content optimization, citation-ready formatting. Written, optimized, and measured by us; published by you.
The third pillar, Credible, is measured and advised inside Management. We tell you which publications, reviewers, retailers, and creators matter in your category and what it would take to land them. Your teams or vendors act on it. If you want us running that work, Partnership is the tier that does.
What you get, stated plainly.
This tier is one package, not a ladder. Everything below is included at the standard price, and additional products are a published add-on rather than a negotiation. Nothing here is metered against you mid-quarter.
- Products coveredCommercially relevant product lines or categories, not SKUsUp to 3
- Tracked promptsAllocated across your products however you choose, not locked per line600
- AI systemsChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode5
- CompetitorsTracked in full across every platform at no additional cost5–7
- Each additional productAdditional prompt allocation, production, and execution included+$1,000/mo
Content runs on our own credit model rather than a fixed deliverable list. Every asset carries a credit weight based on what it actually takes to produce, and you spend your monthly allocation however the month calls for it.
That is the opposite of how content retainers have traditionally worked. Four blog posts a month is a package built for the agency's capacity planning, not for your category. Some months the right move is a run of category pages. Other months it is one research asset nobody else in your space has. The model lets you make that call with us each month instead of discovering the box you were put in.
Credit weights and your monthly allocation are set in your agreement.
Additional products cost more here than on Advisory because at this tier a new category means new content, new specifications, and new page work, not just more tracking.
Commit to the quarter, and pick one.
The AI Visibility Audit is $2,000 and carries a full satisfaction guarantee, so getting started carries no risk. What you give up is time. When you commit to a quarterly Management engagement, you choose one of three options. The choice has to be made and the engagement started within two weeks of your Audit delivery, or it expires.
Three options, because three different buyers value three different things. We do not discount the Audit and we do not stack the options.
Your $2,000 applied against the retail price of any implementation project we scope outside the retainer, whether that quote comes to $2,000 or $8,000. Implementation is priced per engagement from the Audit roadmap, because no two implementations are the same. The credit is never applied to a retainer month.
A drafted release distributed across authority publications. We build the hook with you, then draft and place it through a partner vendor. The hook is a real functional use case: a new product line, a new material, a proprietary data set. You get a wider brand-mention footprint across domains you do not currently appear on, and a Quotable asset on your own site afterward.
One additional product line or category tracked at full depth for 60 days, on top of your contracted coverage. Sixty days means the data is live and in front of you well before any renewal decision, so the conversation about keeping it is a conversation about evidence.
The Launch PR Cycle buys a wider brand-mention footprint. It is not a promise of citations in AI answers, because no vendor controls that.
We build it. You approve it.
The boundary is written into every agreement, so there is never a question about who is doing what.
- +Technical, entity, and schema specifications your developers implement
- +Content creation, optimization, and architecture, delivered for your approval
- +Product and category page copy, product data and feed requirements
- +Comparison and recommendation assets
- +Measurement, scoring, and reporting across all three pillars
- −Outreach and off-site execution, which is Partnership
- −Pitching or contacting publications on your behalf
- −Third-party placement spend, which is never in any retainer
- −Deploying code to your site, which stays with your developers or agency
- −Coverage of additional products or markets, quoted per engagement
One score, and three numbers that check it.
A P0 Score is recorded at the start of your engagement and again at the close of every quarter. The delta is the proof document. Because the score is our own measurement, every report pairs it with three numbers drawn from outside the score.
How often GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended are actually fetching your pages, read from your own server logs.
Visitors arriving from citations in AI answers, measured in your own analytics. The clearest evidence a citation turned into a person.
How many times your brand is named across the tracked queries, counted independently of how the score weights it.
We do not offer a score-movement guarantee. A guarantee measured by our own instrument would not mean much. The only risk reversal on a recurring tier is the quarterly term.
Three tiers. One difference.
Every tier includes the same measurement and the same score. What changes is who does the work.
The read on where you stand, and what your teams should do next month. You have the people to execute. We define what they should be executing.
Position 0 produces everything that belongs on the domains you own. Content, product and category pages, and the technical and schema specifications behind them. Your team ships and approves.
Everything in Management, plus the work that happens off your domain. Citation-source targeting, digital PR, publication and best-of placement, affiliate, creator, and review presence.
About Management.
Yes. The Audit sets your baseline P0 Score and produces the roadmap Management executes against. It is $2,000, carries a full satisfaction guarantee, and the fee credits at retail toward implementation when you start a Management engagement within two weeks of delivery.
No. We write the content and produce implementation-ready specifications; your developers or agency deploy them, and you review and approve everything before it publishes. Brands at this level already have someone shipping code, and adding a second party to the CMS creates risk without adding speed. If you would rather we scope a one-time implementation project alongside your own team, that is quoted separately from the Audit roadmap.
There is, at $7,000. The gap is not a penalty, it is what prepay is worth to both sides. A quarter is also the shortest window in which anything measurable happens in AI search, so a shorter commitment would mean billing you for a period too brief to show a result. Either way the term auto-renews quarterly with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Expansion is sold as coverage of additional products, categories, markets, or lines, and quoted per engagement rather than as a fixed add-on, because at this tier more coverage means more execution, not just more tracking. The conversation is "we cover handbags, now add footwear," not "add more prompts."
Yes, and most Management clients have them. We own the work on your own domains; your SEO, PR, affiliate, and creator partners keep doing what they do. Where our findings affect their work, they come through as recommendations your teams can act on directly. Vendor and agency coordination as a managed function sits in Partnership.
The default is a downgrade to Advisory at whatever product coverage you need, not a hard stop. The measurement and the score continue, your teams pick the execution back up, and nothing you paid for gets stranded. There is no transfer or offboarding fee.
Every engagement opens with a score.
The AI Visibility Audit produces your P0 Score across all six dimensions, your stage classification, and the roadmap Management runs against. $2,000, with a full satisfaction guarantee.
