AI Visibility Services: Compare Every Way to Work With Position 0
AI Visibility Services · Position 0

Same measurement.
Same score. The only question is who does the work.

Every engagement runs on the P0 Protocol and every engagement is scored the same way. Advisory, Management, and Partnership are not different methodologies. They are three answers to one question: how much of the execution do you want to own?

How It Works

Everything starts with a number.

You can enter at any point, but nothing recurring begins without a diagnosis. The Snapshot shows you the gap for free. The Audit explains it. What comes after is a decision about resourcing, not about strategy.

    Exposes the gap

Three questions, answered with real data: does AI know who you are, does it know what you do, and does it know who you serve? Directional and marketing-grade. Every relationship starts here.

The read on where you stand and what your teams should do next month. For brands with an existing stack, and for brands still mapping the landscape before they commit budget to executing against it.

We produce everything that belongs on the domains you own. Content, product and category pages, and the technical and schema specifications behind them. Your team ships and signs off on all of it.

Moving between tiers is normal and expected. When a Management or Partnership engagement ends, the default is a downgrade to Advisory at whatever coverage you need, not a hard stop. The measurement continues, your teams pick the execution back up, and nothing you have paid for gets stranded.

Side by Side

What actually changes between the three.

What you are buying is production and execution capacity, not a better version of the same report.

→

Identical at every tier: the quarterly P0 Score, monthly reporting on visibility, share of voice and citation movement, a monthly strategy session, competitor tracking across five to seven brands, and a shared Slack channel. None of that is what you are choosing between.

Third-party placement spend is never included in any retainer, at any tier. On Partnership we identify, prioritize, source, negotiate, and manage the opportunities; you approve and fund the placement separately. If you already have relationships you can leverage, we work through them.

How Progress Gets Measured

One score, and three numbers that check it.

The P0 Score is our own instrument, so every report at every tier pairs it with three numbers drawn from outside the score. Movement has to be visible in more than one place before anyone calls it progress.

01
AI Crawler Demand

How often GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended are actually fetching your pages, read from your own server logs.

02
AI Referral Traffic

Visitors arriving from citations in AI answers, measured in your own analytics. The clearest evidence a citation turned into a person.

03
Brand Mentions

How many times your brand is named across the tracked queries, counted independently of how the score weights it.

→

We do not offer a score-movement guarantee at any tier. A guarantee measured by our own instrument would not mean much. The only risk reversal on a recurring tier is the quarterly term, and the Audit that precedes it carries a full satisfaction guarantee.

Common Questions

About choosing.

Which tier should we start with?
+

Start with the Audit regardless, because the answer usually changes once you see the findings. After that the question is simple: if you have people who can execute and just need direction, Advisory. If you need the content and specifications produced for you, Management. If you also need someone running the earned side, Partnership. Most brands overestimate how much capacity their teams actually have for this.

Do we have to do the Audit first?
+

Yes, on every recurring tier. Without a baseline the first month gets spent building one, and you would be paying a retainer rate for diagnostic work. It also means you commit to a quarter with the findings in hand instead of on the strength of a pitch. The Audit is $2,000 and refunded in full if it does not deliver.

Why is there no month-to-month option?
+

A quarter is the shortest window in which anything measurable happens in AI search, so a shorter term would mean billing you for a period too brief to show a result. Management and Partnership are quoted at two prices, a lower quarterly prepay and a higher monthly-billed rate, because prepay is better for both sides. Every tier auto-renews quarterly with 30 days' notice to cancel.

Do you take over our website?
+

No, at any tier. We write the content and produce implementation-ready specifications; your developers or agency deploy them, and you review and approve everything before it publishes. Brands at this level already have someone shipping code, and adding a second party to the CMS creates risk without adding speed.

Can we move up or down later?
+

Yes, and it happens often in both directions. Brands that build internal capacity move down to Advisory. Brands that discover their teams do not have the bandwidth move up. There is no transfer fee and no offboarding product. The score and the history follow you either way.
